Ingredients
- 400 g cabbage, finely sliced
- 3 carrots, grated
For the dressing
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 5 tbsp lemon
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dry mint
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Put the cabbage and carrots in a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the cabbage and carrots. Toss well to combine.
