Ingredients

  • 400 g cabbage, finely sliced
  • 3 carrots, grated

For the dressing

  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 5 tbsp lemon
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dry mint
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Put the cabbage and carrots in a large serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the cabbage and carrots. Toss well to combine.
